We run Bukkit 1.7.2 and have factions, lockette, and crazylogin installed, along with others. Since the server is just starting, early joiners will have a better chance of ranking up later on. We have Citizen, Trial moderator, Moderator, admin and several donation options. Griefing is not tolerated but PVP is allowed, within the faction rules. There is no whitelist. The staff we have so far are helpful.
