Foxy bot is a server side daemon built by the owner. Its very new but is starting to get a good list of commands, below is a small sample.

.color - change the nickname color
.rewards - a nice store to spend points collected while playing and/or voting
.home - unlimited homes for all users
.sleep sets time to day time with .no by anyone cancels it.
.joke - tells a joke from a good size list
.trivia - Broadcasts Questions and Answers from an extensive database
.apply - be on the whitelist and staff
