This server is new and already had 25+ members and growing fast. there\'s a ranking/money system even jobs to get more money faster to buy land or rare items. but the main idea is to create your own faction or join one and become the best faction in the server and make a big community. as u saw in the title griefing is allowed unprotected areas/other factions aka \"raids\"and also theres freebuild area if you just wanna be left alone in peace join a peaceful faction or build far away.

rules:

No begging(items or ranks)
No being abusive to admin\'s or players(result in a kick/ban)
No crying(if you die in-result of a PVP or mob deaths)


No hacking(xray/flying ect)
