Pretty much a free for all server..
A few rules, but use moral code and your own common sense...
Basically no cheating/trolling or griefing/exploiting and you should be fine...

A few rules:
No killing other players (without permission)
No stealing from other players
No duping items
No breaking other players buildings
No exploiting glitches
No asking/begging for op/mod
No asking for other gamemodes
No asking for teleports (Teleport yourself.)
